Colyer-Brown-RoSfest-#1
Andrew Colyer and Natalie Brown performing with Circuline at RoSfest 2016

Natalie Brown knew at a very young age that her intention was to be a performer.  Attending Boston Conservatory of Music the first two years after high school, Natalie quickly obtained work singing, acting, and dancing.  Realizing that she could start building her resume immediately, Natalie dropped out of school, and by age 22 became a member of Actor’s Equity Association.  From straight plays to musicals, to jazz-pop-rock bands, Natalie has done it all, including Shakespeare, the lead in Evita (twice); covering Heart, Stevie Wonder, and Joni Mitchell; and fronting her own sold-out shows, “Natalie Brown and Friends”.  On occasion, she was tasked to fly above the audience in a harness. We’re still trying to work that into our duo and band show (and maybe we have…come see us to find out!)   She has performed in countless venues from Maine to Manhattan, and is excited to be working with Andrew Colyer in ColyerBrown, as well as alongside the other excellent musicians in the modern cinematic rock band Circuline.

Andrew Colyer is a Yamaha and Muse Receptor sponsored artist, a ROLI artist with many friends there, and with the help of David Rosenthal (Billy Joel, Rainbow, Happy the Man) has reduced his live rig from seven keyboards down to two (no one is more pleased with this than Natalie Brown and his other bandmates). He is the official backup on keyboards for The Tubes, was chosen as touring keyboardist for Sound of Contact and Oblivion Sun, and has performed and collaborated with Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Stick Men), Jon Anderson (Yes), Ryche Chlanda (Fireballet, Renaissance), Max Flyer (CBS Records), and the progressive rock tribute band Downing Grey. Andrew performed with the Prog Rock Orchestra on the 2014 Moody Blues Cruise and Cruise to the Edge where he shared the bill with The Moody Blues, Yes, Roger Daltrey, Steve Hackett, and Marillion. Andrew is a co-founder of ColyerBrown and the modern cinematic rock band Circuline.  He loves marketing, spreadsheets, peanut butter, and chocolate.
